Walter Thomas Barclay Jr., a 64-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity, was a dedicated police officer with the Philadelphia Police Department. On August 19, 2007, he tragically passed away due to complications from a gunshot wound he sustained 40 years earlier. Officer Barclay was shot on November 27, 1966, while responding to a burglary call at a hair salon on North 5th Street.
