Ibrahim Bah, a 21-year-old male of African ethnicity, was tragically killed on November 5, 2016, in Allentown, Pennsylvania. He was a student at Northampton Community College in Philadelphia. Bah was found wounded on the 2000 block of East Clair Street by police who were responding to a report of shots fired around 12:40 a.m. Despite immediate medical attention, Bah succumbed to his injuries.
