Vincent Bynum, a 36-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically passed away on February 10, 2022, in Allentown, PA. He was pronounced dead at St. Luke’s Hospital-Sacred Heart at 10:33 a.m., approximately 30 minutes after being shot on the 500 block of West Allen Street. The Lehigh County Coroner’s Office ruled his death a homicide.
