On December 29, 2023, a tragic incident unfolded in Allentown, Pennsylvania, resulting in the deaths of 44-year-old Ada Ortiz and her 1-year-old grandson, Sebastian Serrano. Around 8:40 p.m., law enforcement responded to reports of gunfire at a residence on the 100 block of Chestnut Street.
