Trevor Davante Hall Gray, a 21-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on July 5, 2015, in Allentown, Pennsylvania. He was fatally shot during a random act of violence carried out by Todd West, a 23-year-old man from Elizabeth, New Jersey. West, along with two co-defendants, Robert Jordain and Kareen Mitchell, were involved in a series of shootings across Pennsylvania and New Jersey over a seven-week period.
