Richard Quashawn Humphries, an 18-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on September 10, 2006, in Allentown, Pennsylvania. He was last seen walking in the area of North Ninth and Linden Streets before his death. Humphries was a member of Revival Fires Fellowship International Church in Allentown.
