Josly E. Grande Peguero, a 25-year-old man of Hispanic ethnicity, was tragically shot and killed on October 7, 2006, in Allentown, Pennsylvania. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 2:30 AM, in a basement apartment located at 44 South 10th Street. Peguero had plans to travel to the Dominican Republic later that day, as he had a flight scheduled for the morning.
