In the early morning hours of October 7, 2006, the life of 25-year-old Josly E. Grande Peguero was tragically cut short in Allentown, Pennsylvania. A man of Hispanic ethnicity, Peguero was discovered by police inside a basement apartment located at 44 South 10th Street. He had sustained a fatal gunshot wound. The discovery was made around 2:30 AM after officers responded to a call about a man being down.
