On March 24, 2023, in Allentown, Pennsylvania, a fatal shooting occurred involving 42-year-old resident Alexander J. Perez-Sotomayor and 21-year-old Yovanni Suazo. The incident took place around 1:40 a.m. in the 100 block of East South Street.
