Cesar Rivera, a 38-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on September 25, 2015, in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Rivera, originally from Vineland, New Jersey, had been residing in Charlotte, North Carolina, before his untimely death. He was known for his love of reading and spending time with family.
