Eric John Wagner, a 40-year-old African American man from Allentown, Pennsylvania, was tragically gunned down on July 12, 2016. Wagner, who was the owner of Headliners Barber Shop, was sitting outside his shop when he was shot multiple times by an unidentified gunman. The incident occurred around 4:25 p.m., and despite immediate medical attention, Wagner was pronounced dead at the hospital shortly after.
