Hector Luis Morales, a 27-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on September 25, 2018, in Allentown, PA. He was shot multiple times in the 500 block of West Tilghman Street and later found collapsed in front of his row home in the Fair Street alley. Morales was rushed to Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest, where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
