Dale C. Kephart, a 68-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity, passed away on December 25, 2017, at his home in Allentown, Pennsylvania. His death was determined to be a result of a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head. When authorities arrived at the scene, they found Kephart's body surrounded by two semi-automatic rifles, a shotgun, and dozens of spent rounds.
