Josue E. Berrios, a 29-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on September 26, 2015, in Allentown, PA. The incident occurred in the 700 block of West Tilghman Street. Berrios was allegedly killed by Sharaad R. Latson, who was later charged with third-degree murder.
