On June 11, 2023, 24-year-old Terell F. Meitzler of Allentown, Pennsylvania, was fatally shot near the intersection of Grant and Pine streets in Allentown. The Lehigh County Coroner's Office confirmed that Meitzler died from gunshot wounds, ruling the death a homicide. An autopsy was scheduled for June 13, 2023.
