Colin Primer

Colin C. Primer, a 19-year-old male from Allentown, PA, tragically died on June 5, 2007. He was found shot to death in an alley near the intersection of 4th and Washington Streets. Colin was a former gang member who had turned his life around to work with an after-school program called Youth in Action Now, helping at-risk youth avoid gang involvement.
