Colin C. Primer, a 19-year-old male from Allentown, PA, tragically died on June 5, 2007. He was found shot to death in an alley near the intersection of 4th and Washington Streets. Colin was a former gang member who had turned his life around to work with an after-school program called Youth in Action Now, helping at-risk youth avoid gang involvement.
The investigation revealed that Colin had visited a bar in the 1400 block of W. Hamilton Street before his death.
Despite extensive efforts by the Allentown Police Department, including their Cold Case Unit, no arrests have been made, and the case remains unsolved. The community continues to seek justice for Colin, and the police have urged anyone with information to come forward.
