Javard Lane, a 19-year-old male from Allentown, PA, was tragically killed on July 4, 2017. He was shot once in the back on Oak Street and later died at the hospital. The incident occurred during a daytime confrontation with Shadre Q. Leach, a 25-year-old suspected member of the Bloods gang. Lane was a member of the Crips gang.
