On a cold January day in 2021, the life of 28-year-old Dwayne Carter of Allentown, Pennsylvania, was tragically cut short. On January 26th, Carter was discovered inside his vehicle in the 200 block of North Jordan Street, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was rushed to Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest, but his injuries proved to be fatal, and he was pronounced dead. The Lehigh County Coroner's Office later confirmed that Carter's death was a homicide resulting from the shooting.
