George Concepcion, an 18-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically died on April 12, 2017, in Allentown, Pennsylvania. He was shot in his home during an attempted robbery. The incident occurred when Alonso Blue, a 22-year-old man, went to Concepcion's home with the intent to rob him.
