Jean Armand J. Dott, also known as J-Dott Com, was a 26-year-old hip-hop artist from Allentown, Pennsylvania. Born on June 24, 1981, in Haiti, he moved to Long Island in the late 1980s and later settled in Allentown. He was known for his charismatic personality and his contributions to the local hip-hop scene. On the night of April 21, 2008, Jean Armand was found shot multiple times in a parking lot near his Union Street home. He was pronounced dead an hour later at the scene.
