In the small town of Republic, Pennsylvania, a young man's life was tragically cut short in November 2016. Sixteen-year-old Parker Hess, a sophomore at Brownsville Area High School and a dedicated junior firefighter, was fatally shot inside the Republic Volunteer Fire Company station.
