On a grim Halloween night in Philadelphia's Frankford neighborhood, what should have been an evening of festive celebration turned into a scene of violence that claimed the life of 39-year-old Gregory Kevin Lee. The shooting occurred on October 31, 2024, at the corner of Arrott and Leiper streets.
