Death by Force

On March 21, 2023, at approximately 2:35 a.m., Hermitage police responded to reports of gunfire at a residence in the 2000 block of Shadyside Drive. Upon arrival, officers discovered 24-year-old Charles "Chuck" Carr with multiple gunshot wounds near the home's porch. Emergency medical personnel transported Carr to Sharon Regional Health System, where he was pronounced dead.
