On April 15, 2023, at approximately 2:33 a.m., East Vincent Township Police Department (EVTPD) officers responded to a reported shooting at the Park Springs Apartment Community in East Vincent Township, Pennsylvania. Upon arrival, they discovered William Stafford, 33, of Spring City, lying in the road near a white Ford Taurus, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Paramedics pronounced Stafford deceased at the scene.
