In the winter of 2018, the life of 36-year-old Twain Darrell Cleveland came to a tragic and violent end. His body was discovered on February 21st of that year by workers who were clearing brush beneath a PECO tower in a somewhat remote area of East Bradford, Pennsylvania. An autopsy would later reveal that Cleveland had been killed by a single gunshot wound above his left eye.
Investigators delved into the final known moments of the Philadelphia man's life, piecing together a timeline that led them to the early morning hours of February 18th. It was then, at approximately 4:45 a.m., that Twain Darrell Cleveland was last seen alive, leaving the VIP After-Hours Club located at I and Tioga streets in Philadelphia. He was not alone. Surveillance footage and witness accounts placed him in the company of two individuals who would later be identified by law enforcement as persons of interest in his homicide.
These individuals were named as Ernest Lee Hill, a resident of Wilmington, Delaware, and an unidentified woman who was captured in images released to the public in the hopes of generating leads.
