Twain Darrell Cleveland, a 35-year-old man from Philadelphia, was found shot to death in West Chester, Pennsylvania, on February 21, 2018. His body was discovered by a work crew trimming trees under power lines on the 1200 block of Allerton Road. Cleveland had no known connections to Chester County, and he was last seen alive in Philadelphia. Investigators believe he was killed in Wilmington, Delaware, and his body was later dumped in West Chester.
