Lawrence David Hicky Maloney, a 37-year-old self-employed maintenance worker from Darby Township, tragically died on September 10, 2000, in Chester, Pennsylvania. Born in Upper Darby, Maloney attended the Southeast Delco School District and RETS electronics school. His untimely death was the result of a shooting, marking him as a murder victim.
