Brian E. West-Banister, a 35-year-old male, was killed on the night of Saturday, January 26, 2013, in Upper Chichester, Pennsylvania. Online obituary information identifies him as Brian E. West-Banister, a Chester High School class of 1996 graduate and the owner of B. Super Cleanout Service, LLC. News reports identified him as Brian West and described him as the father of a young daughter.
