Brian West, a 35-year-old man from Delaware County, was tragically shot and killed in front of his home on the 2600 block of Williams Street in Upper Chichester, PA, on January 27, 2013. The incident occurred shortly before 10 p.m., and police determined that West was killed by multiple gunshot wounds. The caliber of the handgun used has not been disclosed. West was the father of a young girl and was renting the home from his brother, who was away on active duty in Iraq.
