Ryan M. Small, a 22-year-old male from York, PA, tragically died on January 15, 2017. He was shot multiple times during a botched robbery. Small was lured to the location under the pretense of a drug deal, only to be ambushed by Vernon "Vito" Cox Jr., who shot him at close range. Small succumbed to his injuries at York Hospital.
