In the winter of 2017, the life of 22-year-old Ryan M. Small of York, Pennsylvania, was tragically cut short. On the evening of Sunday, January 15th, emergency services responded to what appeared to be a two-vehicle crash on the 400 block of West Princess Street. However, upon their arrival, first responders discovered that Ryan Small, the driver of one of the vehicles, was suffering from gunshot wounds to his torso.
