Kyle Travis Otto, a 31-year-old man from York, PA, was tragically shot and killed on July 20, 2019, just after celebrating his 31st birthday. He was known for being a loving father to his daughter Khiah Lou and an aspiring entrepreneur. The incident occurred on Smith Street near Jefferson Avenue in York, and his murder remains unsolved to this day.
