Death by Force

On December 6, 2022, Demetres Lewis, a 34-year-old man from York, PA, was fatally shot in the 100 block of South Belvidere Avenue. He was found unresponsive in the driver's seat of a car with the engine still running. Despite efforts by officers to save him, Lewis succumbed to multiple gunshot wounds at the scene.
