Thomas Petersen, a 32-year-old male of unspecified ethnicity, tragically died on January 24, 2017, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. His death was the result of a violent carjacking and murder committed by Khalif Tuggle. On the day of the incident, Tuggle shot Petersen in the chest, dragged him out of his car, and left him on the road while fleeing in Petersen's vehicle.
