Ronald Wilford, a 27-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on October 13, 2020, in North Philadelphia. He was shot multiple times in the back of the head while in the 1700 block of North 28th Street. Responding officers found him suffering from his injuries and immediately transported him to Temple University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
