Ian Moore, a 32-year-old male from Reading, PA, tragically passed away on March 1, 2017, at Reading Hospital. Born in Reading, he was the son of Sylvia Moore and the late Elrick Moore. Ian's death has been a significant event in the community, leading to the creation of a petition for a mural in his honor to help stop violence in Reading.
