On July 31, 2022, at approximately 3:00 a.m., 26-year-old Hispanic male Edwin Rivera-Valentín was fatally shot in the 400 block of Spring Garden Street in Reading, Pennsylvania. Responding officers found Edwin Rivera-Valentín deceased at the scene.
