Francis Seibert IV, a 25-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity, tragically died on March 11, 2017, in Philadelphia, PA. He was an off-duty Philadelphia police officer assigned to the 24th District. Seibert was found with a gunshot wound to the head inside a home on Waldemire Drive in Northeast Philadelphia. The medical examiner's preliminary determination was that the gunshot wound was self-inflicted, and Seibert's death was ruled an apparent suicide.
