Todd J. Swantek, a 49-year-old man from Frackville, PA, tragically passed away on May 24, 2017, at his residence. Born on March 23, 1968, in Pottsville, Todd was known for his love of the outdoors, especially hunting, fishing, and camping with family and friends. He worked as a carpenter for Bi-State Construction Co. in Easton.
