On July 27, 2018, 30-year-old Kevin Miller, a Black male, was fatally shot in North Philadelphia. The incident occurred around 12:40 p.m. on the 2200 block of North Uber Street. When police arrived, they found Kevin lying in the courtyard with multiple gunshot wounds to his back, chest, and arm. Despite being rushed to Temple University Hospital, Kevin succumbed to his injuries later that night.
The investigation revealed that the suspect fled the scene on a blue bicycle.
Authorities have been actively seeking information from the public, offering up to $20,000 in reward money for any information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible. The City of Philadelphia has urged anyone with information to come forward and contact the police.
As of now, there have been no arrests or suspects identified in connection with Kevin Miller's murder. The case remains unsolved, and the Philadelphia Police Department continues to investigate.
