Death by Force

On August 22, 2018, Jose Vega, a 38-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically killed in Philadelphia, PA. He was standing outside on the 3300 block of H Street when a gold or tan van pulled up, and two suspects emerged, one carrying an assault rifle and the other a semi-automatic handgun. The suspects fired nearly three dozen rounds at Vega and another victim, Anthony Torres, even after they had fallen to the ground. Both men succumbed to their injuries.
