Luiz Padilla, a 38-year-old man, was tragically shot and killed in Philadelphia's Kensington neighborhood on March 24, 2016. The incident occurred around 1:40 a.m. when Padilla was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his chest and torso at the intersection of Front Street and Indiana Avenue in the Fairhill section.
