Nightflower Staats, a 44-year-old woman from Middletown, PA, tragically lost her life on January 2, 2019, in a murder-suicide incident. The incident also claimed the life of her 7-year-old son. The gunman was identified as Staats' estranged husband, Marvin Caddell, who was 49 years old. According to reports, Caddell shot Staats and their son before turning the gun on himself.
