In the Olney neighborhood of Philadelphia, on the evening of April 25, 2019, a burst of violence cut short the life of 29-year-old Steven Liles. The male victim was discovered on the 5200 block of Arbor Street shortly before 10 p.m., suffering from gunshot wounds to his back and left arm. Emergency responders rushed him to Albert Einstein Medical Center, but his injuries proved to be fatal, and he was pronounced dead.
