Steven Liles, a 29-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on April 25, 2019, in the Olney section of Philadelphia, PA. He was shot multiple times and found lying in the street unresponsive. Despite being rushed to Albert Einstein Medical Center, he was pronounced dead upon arrival. The incident occurred around 9:40 p.m. on Arbor Street, where witnesses reported hearing about 4-5 shots.
