Lani Smith, a 66-year-old male resident of Lorain, OH, was tragically killed on July 14, 2016. He was found bruised and bleeding on the floor of a bathroom inside his apartment on West Ninth Street. The suspect in this case is Larry Brown, also known as Seydi Umar Cisse, a 39-year-old man believed to live in or around Louisville, KY.
