Chaka Turner, an 18-year-old male from East Pittsburgh, tragically lost his life on December 4, 2019, in Churchill, Pittsburgh, PA. Turner was fatally shot late Wednesday night, and he was pronounced dead just after midnight at a residence in the 100 block of Merrie Woode Drive.
