On the evening of April 15, 2021, a burst of gunfire in Pittsburgh's Marshall-Shadeland neighborhood tragically cut short the life of 17-year-old LeVar Green. A male, remembered for his infectious smile and giving heart, was found unresponsive by police who responded to a ShotSpotter alert around 8:10 p.m. in the 1300 block of Sorrell Street.
