Norman Clarence Manuel, a 37-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Pittsburgh, PA, tragically died on February 18, 2019. He was shot in the chest around 6:30 p.m. in the 400 block of Enright Court in Pittsburgh's East Liberty neighborhood. When medics arrived, they found Manuel lying in the street, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. The Allegheny County Medical Examiner's Office ruled his death a homicide.
