Zharif Huff-Ali, a 21-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on March 15, 2020, in Philadelphia, PA. He was found unresponsive and suffering from a gunshot wound inside a residence on the 900 block of West Duncannon Street. Philadelphia Police Officers and medical personnel responded to the scene at 12:32 a.m., where Zharif was discovered in the front bedroom on the second floor. Despite their efforts, Zharif was pronounced deceased at the scene.
