Joseph Lee Humphrey Jr., a 20-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on April 28, 2020, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Humphrey was shot near his home on the 4700 block of North 3rd Street in the Feltonville section of Philadelphia. He was on his way to a nearby corner store when he was caught in a crossfire resulting from a fight that had occurred earlier that day.
