Tara Joseph, a 43-year-old woman from Pittsburgh, PA, tragically lost her life on June 19, 2020. She was one of three victims in a shooting incident that occurred in Wilkinsburg, PA. The other victims were Oliver Andrew Finley, 43, and Harold Hicks, 51. The incident took place in the early hours of the morning, with gunshots being heard around 1:30 a.m. near Coal Street.
