On a tragic day in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the life of Linda Kay Rosen, a 27-year-old female social worker, was cut short. On February 16, 1988, a woman with a personal vendetta against St. Francis Medical Center walked into the psychiatric emergency room and opened fire.
