Frederick Tynes, a 42-year-old Black male, was tragically shot and killed on June 22, 2020, in Philadelphia, PA. The incident occurred on the 1400 block of South Vodges Street, where Frederick was found on a front porch with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of Philadelphia Police Officers who rushed him to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, Frederick succumbed to his injuries later that morning.
