Garvin Rojas, a 27-year-old male, tragically lost his life on July 10, 2019, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. According to reports, Philadelphia Police officers responded to the 600 block of South 60th Street at approximately 5:52 p.m. Upon arrival, they discovered Garvin Rojas unresponsive, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
